Description
The Bulkeley House at 109-111 Bank Street is one of the city's oldest and most storied buildings, offering unmatched historic charm combined with modern potential. Built in 1790 by Revolutionary War veteran and sea captain Charles Bulkeley, the property has served as a private residence, a bustling 19th-century meat market, and most recently as a popular waterfront restaurant. The space features: * Spacious interior dining areas with flexible layout * A generous outdoor patio ideal for al fresco service across the street from the waterfront * Prime visibility on Bank Street with steady pedestrian and vehicle traffic * Location within New London's Downtown Historic District, surrounded by dining, retail, and entertainment * Private function dining area in the rear of the house This is a rare opportunity for a restaurant group to bring new life to a historic landmark and establish a presence in one of Connecticut's waterfront communities.
